[Note: This is a really late blog post. I had scheduled this to be out by September 10, 2016 – but I forgot to post it! 😦 haha whoops.]
Every Sunday, my family and I go to the Sunday market to have a delicious breakfast and to buy some food for the house. This particular Sunday was special because we were celebrating my dad’s birthday – we had breakfast at the Wildflour Cafe + Bakery in Makati.
It was my first time to go here so I was really impressed by the interior and the food displayed as soon as I walked in. We were immediately seated and handed menus (you can view the menu here).
We ended up ordering the following: the pastry board (Php 420) – choice of any four pastries;

Farmacy’s Very Thick Milkshake – Vanilla (Php 260);

Sweet Corn and Polenta – breakfast sausage, bacon gravy, fried egg (Php 380);

and, German Pancake – fresh mangoes, vanilla yogurt, strawberry sauce (Php 320).
I got to say that the overall experience was great! The service was quick, friendly, and accommodating, the food was amazing, and the interior of the place felt warm and welcoming – indeed, one of the perfect places for an intimate breakfast with family and friends.
Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes!
